Location & eating area not as clean as expected. failed Expectation of internet advertisement quality comparison to other hotels when making the purchase. it was false advertisement.
That it is an older but still nice motel. I remember when it was one of the nicest places in town and I could not afford to stay there. Now we can afford the reasonable Price-line prices and still get good amenities...
NoVery nice stay for travelers that cannot afford the nicest and newest places. It has most everything those 3 star places have...just older. We stay at the Red Lion in Farmington and Roswell New Mexico as well. We bid our business travels through Priceline and are always happy to get a Red Lion...
First off-if you want my response say please tell us about your experience-I paid you not the other way around. Also, the level of properties and rates you are charging to get the monthly revenue is out of wack-I am working with alternate providers.

Well located, with good restaurants nearby. It was apparently remodeled recently. Great accomodations
Other then the tird that was left in the tolit bowl. The room was clean
The pool was way to cold. And the hot tub diden't work.It by far did not live up to the the Red Lion Inn's name.
It was just off the freeway. Nice size rooms. I would suggest stopping and eating before you get there. It is about 4 miles to any place to eat.
No everything was fine.The hotel was a very nice two star hotel.
It was right off of I-40
I didn't like that there was hair on the sink and some on the bed and floors didn't looked vacuumed.
For being an old hotel the rooms were in good shape and spacious.
Need to repair Jacuzzi.When we first checked in we failed to notice that one of the beds in our room was broken and the phone did not work. Immediately went down to the front desk and the moved us into another room a few doors down, problem solved :-) Staff was welcoming, although the initial desk clerk was curt on check in. The evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.
It was set up in a very nice manner with an atrium in the middle. There was a pool to the side in the large Atrium with a Fitness Room above.
It's age was showing in the bathroom, but was very clean and had obviously been kept up well.I was very impressed with this Hotel and would look for Red Lion Hotels in the future.
House cleaning were very helpful and polite.
The front desk staff were not friendly at all. We were not provided with breakfast tickets and when we arrived for breakfast, only item available was scrambled eggs. Staff did not refill empty food trays.Improve customer service and clean.
