I love the outdoor pool. Lifeguards were friendly and attentive. They don’t allow guests to use the pool before checking in or after they checkout. This would make the world of a difference for people waiting for their rooms. The reception was a little disorganized for checkin and checkout but were helpful and friendly. We asked for late checkout and they allowed us an extra hour which is great.

We really enjoyed the stay. The room very comfortable, beds great, view of the river was fabulous. We had a swim the next morning. the only downside was lack of early check in on a day where we were attending a wedding. We had called in advance and were not accommodated. Pros (+) The room was like any Hilton up to the standards of the chain. I loved the sms check-ins where the staff will ask if they could be of any assistance. That means of communication is so instantaneous and convenient. Faster answers to questions. The TV and movie selections were of recently released feature films. I used my Amazon fire Tv with no issues whatsoever. The hotel staff were super friendly ...
