Horrible, horrible horrible Poor and uneducated and uncaring staff. Poor facility, no outdoor signage or lighting. Poor, cold inedible eggs, bacon nothing but grease. Stupid use of 540 # bed comforter and feather pillows; thank god I didn't have an asthma attack. And so on and so on.

Pros (+) Staff desk manager helped me get an early check in to allow me to get ready for my Best Friends Wedding. Lisa was under pressure but got me what I really needed as soon as she could.
Cons (-) Booked hotel full is acceptable. To not have correct cleaning staff to get rooms done faster was the only gripe. In the end I am pleased I was able to check in early. 1pm instead of 3pm

Pros (+) The facility is in amazing condition. It still feels brand new. Service was amazing, rooms were clean and it was in a good location. Would definitely stay again. We wished we could have stayed longer!
Cons (-) The air conditioning units are in the window area. Occasionally we would hear people talking from outside as the noise would come through the vents. But nothing that kept us awake.

Cons (-) Sheets were not changed between guests. The GM Jamy Belcher says they only change them when they're dirty. Gross. Skip this place.
