Pros (+) Location is perfect, close to freeways. Nice and welcoming lobby.
Cons (-) front desk, especially management is not very helpful. Good luck for getting any special requests or courtesy out of them. They will gladly offer what's not a special request or courtesy... but pretty disappointed. The Manager I dealt with was Michelle, that changed my mind about Hilton HH and will be dealing with Marriott moving forward. They seem to care more about patrons. The manager made sure...

Pros (+) The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The hotel is also in great location for many sites and activities (beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studioy, etc.). Embassy as usual has the best breakfasts.
Cons (-) I wish the parking was free but when in Rome........ There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Pros (+) Absolutely nothing. I couldn't wait to get outta that hotel.
Cons (-) Everything. The staff-rude, non-friendly. Poor customer service skills, Experienced BED BUGS in the rooms, Rooms were not cleaned, Food on the floor-scattered- from previous customer, Toilets had urine & pubic hair all over, sink had toothpaste markings from others, Stains & Water damage on the walls--felt like a motel 6!! Not Embassey Suites at $200+/night!! Then having to fight for what's right ...
