This elegant hotel is located in the heart of Granada, very close to the main tourist attractions and just 25 mins walk from the Alhambra. It offers contemporary style rooms all with TV with Chromecast. You can also enjoy The Level lounge with spectacular views. We have a varied gastronomic offer with a restaurant specialized in fish and seafood (La última Ola 1971). An all day dining space with international cuisine with Italian touches (Pecorino). On the sixth floor we have a sushi bar restaurant that offers the best views of the city (Marimoto) Melia Granada is 15 minutes’ drive from the airport. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is 30 km away while the Costa Tropical is 60 km away.

Pros:I was in a rush when I first came to check in. One of the staff said he would take care of the bags and I could finish my check in when I returned. When we returned a few hours later, check was quick and bags were delivered to our room. Then when we needed help once again at the front desk someone assisted us right away and got us the information we needed. Customer service was excellent. Water pressure was great too. Location was really close to everything. About 5 minute drive from Alhambra.
Cons:Found a few hairs in the bathroom that were not ours (sink, bathtub). Standard Room was a bit small with our bags opened up and the washroom was tight as well. We were there on a Friday night and stayed up pretty late but when we decided to call it a night, we could still here a lot of noise from the street. Disadvantage of being in such a good location close to everything.
Pros:Very nice hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything.
Cons:A lot of street noise n mattress was very hard not the luxury mattresses you would expect in this type of hotel. But I would certainly stay here again.
Pros:Apart from the windowless room issue, this is a nice hotel in a good location, right at the edge of the old city. The hotel has a parking at the adjacent building, but it can fill up very quickly on busy periods, so it's worth checking beforehand for alternate parking (very few garages around the old city) .
Cons:Reserved a standard room, but when I arrived at the hotel (on a very busy weekend), it turned out, to my surprise, that my room didn't even have a window (there was something that looked like a window, but it wasn't a window and couldn't be opened). Given that the A/C was working only on heat, there was no way to air the room which was pretty hot, and the hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't move me to a different room. I would've thought that a minimum requirement for a room in a 4-starts hotel is to have a window. Turns our I was wrong.
