Hostal Azahar offers very affordable accommodation within the boundaries of the Alhambra in Granada, the most important Andalusian monument in Spain and a world famous tourist attraction. This is truly an exceptional location from which guests can visit this fantastic fortress by just strolling out of the hostel. What's more, the beautiful Albayzin neighbourhood is just a short walk away as well as the historic city centre and the Sacromonte area. If you do prefer to get around by public transport however, there is a bus stop next to the hostel. Hostal Azahar has five double rooms with double beds and private bathrooms. The decor is simple but pleasant and towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Although Granada is very sunny in the summer, it can get much cooler in the winter due to its altitude, but guests are kept comfortable at the hostel thanks to the heating in the rooms.
