Pros (+) The location of the hotel was perfect. Not in the extremely busy village. it was close to various restaurants that were not overcrowded. The staff was extremely friendly.
Cons (-) The fact that we were placed in a room immediately across from the elevator, next to the laundry room and overlooking the air conditioning units may have colored my experience. That said, I would have expected the bare minimum of a nice hotel. The toilet didn't always flush. The food in the expensive restaurant was not good. Even the bath towels were frayed and worn. Pros (+) The hotel was great! It was very close to the Grand Canyon. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the park. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.
