We are situated about 300 metres from the seafront, less than 1 mile from the town centre shops and market, and 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse. Almost on our doorstep is a Post Office, McColl's General Store and Newsagent, Launderette, Pizza and Kebab take-away, fish and chip shop, a bakery, hairdresser and solarium, betting shop and several pubs.
