The Neveh Yosef neighbourhood is located in Eastern Haifa on the slope of the Carmel Mount. Originally, the little house, a semi-detached unit, was built by the British during the Mandate for officers from the Jewish Brigade. Neveh Yosef is a village in the middle of the city of Haifa with quick access to northern Israel.
