Pros (+) Clean Close to Heathrow Good priced Great staff Lots of parking Ac works
Cons (-) Wish there was accessible usb charging outlets in the rooms for guests' phones and tablets. I'm guessing most guests are foreign so wouldn't be carrying a British style adapter. They sell them at the hotel in veding machines but charge 5.99 GBP for one!

Pros (+) The hotel is an 8 minute drive to Heathrow, which makes it a great stay for early flights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean towels and sheets. The room is very simple with just your basic necessities.
Cons (-) The bathroom drain did not work well. The bathroom floor filled up with water when I showered. The bathroom walls and shower curtain had mold spots on them and the fan in the shower did not work. You cannot open the window to vent the air out. The AC was set to a really cold setting and you could not adjust the temperature without authorization code.
