Called for early check in, guy yelled at me, they were changing locks. Checked in. Room was ok but bugs were coming in the ga in the door.

Cons (-) We had an excellent experience at the Jamison in an hour and Georgia. The manager on site was more than helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we were comfortable. I will certainly be returning as soon as I can.

Pros (+) Hotel was in convenient location
Cons (-) Room was not cleaned and ready until 10:30 at night even though check in was at 4:00. Lampshades were filthy and bashed in. Carpet was never vacuumed. There were not pillowcases for all pillows. There was no soap or shampoo. Manager on Duty was rude and defensive. This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Cons (-) The rooms were small. TV had only a few channels (no ESPN?!) Room had hole in the wall, stopped up with a plastic bag. Showers were dirty. Shampoo was cheap and ineffective. Soap broke upon opening package, didn't clean. Continental breakfast was a disgrace. Charged WAY too much to put such little effort into the room itself. "Smoke free" room smelled like an ash tray.
