There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I returned the vehicle, which is understandable considering ILM is a small airport and I arrived at 5am. But when I called later that day to ask about if they had processed the car back in the system and what the final price would be, the person on the phone was almost clueless and offered very little help. Only telling me that it’s a “corporate rental” and they don’t know anything regarding final costs. Super unsatisfactory and ambiguous answer.Reviewed 18 May 2024

When picking up my vehicle, they insisted I take a hybrid vehicle saying it was going to get better mileage for the price and save me on gas but it had worse mileage compared to the vehicle I had reserved, so I really just paid more for gas and more for the vehicle they upsold me on. the car had sensors that went off the entire time seatbelt and forward driving aids my son and i tried everything to get the constant alarm 🚨 to stop headache all day and night on our trip! When i told the lady at the hertz rental she just acted like i put something heavy on the seat must be and made the alarm go off! No big deal that you had to hear alarms constantly while driving in unfamiliar places while trying to navigate you have to listen to extremely loud alarms 🚨 sensors that are messed up!Reviewed 18 May 2024
