Cons:We received an email two days before pick up telling us to pick up at the WRONG location. We were directed to a Ford dealer (4th and US 1 Vero Beach.) They told us that Hertz left 2years ago! We had to drive to Vero Airport...a waste of a valuable hour... before had to drive to Palm Beach airport. Terrible! Hertz desk blamed this on the reseller. Pros:The full size Chevy pickup truck was very nice! The location at the Vero Beach airport was also very nice - right inside the passenger terminal, where you can see the small aircraft right outside the doors.Cons:The man who checked us in and out was not very friendly, and even seemed angry when we passed on adding insurance for our 8 hour rental. Also, it took 20 minutes each time, checking in and out. We just stood around waiting. Felt like forever to get anything done, even though we had reserved online, prepaid, etc. Would not use them again.Reviewed 20 Nov 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful, we were pleasantly surprised that the seats of the Chrysler Pacifica minivan stowed away under the floorboards, because we needed the back for cargo not passengers. Drop off was easy and the daily rental fee ended up being $10 less than we expected. We learned the vehicle was now headed to auction to be sold since Hertz is selling off 50% of their fleet.Cons:We originally scheduled a 1 p.m. pick-up time in Vero Beach last Sunday (because I was told they were open until 2 pm), but luckily my husband called and they actually closed at Noon, so we picked up the van at 11 am. The gas tank was only half full, but they noted that and so that's how we returned it. Also, the tire pressure was low so we waited for them to fill the tires to the proper level.Reviewed 1 Aug 2020
