I have stayed here for almost 10 years once or twice a year, I come back because the hotel staff are the best in any hotel in Waikiki,there service... more on Travelocity

Room key broke and it took 2 hours to get in. None of the staff helped me and responded to my request to fix it as soon as possible. Very very bad... more on Travelocity
