The 1 brm unit was newly renovated. These units are all owned by different owners, so it really depends on which unit you get. Ours was beautiful... more on IgoUgo

One word, underrated. Booked the ocean front, expected central air for the price tag, got 3 window units, if you ran all 3 at the same time, it blew... more on IgoUgo
