The lady behind the counter accused me of lying when I told her I was waiting for a couple of minutes. She said she just went around the corner. I was there, and maybe she looked but didn't see me. But accusing me of lying and doubling down when I said I was there was very frustrating.

Pros (+) No breakfast, but that's due to covid. First room lock didn't work, couldn't get into room. Second rooms toilet did work. Third room didn't have any towels, soap, shampoo, anything.
Cons (-) Everything listed above to be fixed, and if the staff could even act like they cared. I was even snapped at by the staff when I asked for help due to the broken toilet.

Pros (+) No breakfast. Beds low quailty
Cons (-) New comfortable mattress and spreads. Thick quality towel. Fresh paint in lighter colors. Clean quailty carpet. This hotel needs to be redone. I went to Holoday Inn and it was 1000 times nicer.
