Pros (+) Closeness to IAH is about the only thing this hotel has going for it.
Cons (-) Facility is run down. Water leak/stains on lobby ceiling. Room was not clean (trash on floor, all kinds of stains on furniture). Bathroom vanity missing a whole side, exposing 2x4 structure. Sheets were paper thin and worn. Supposed to have a sleeper couch in room, was more like a pull out foot rest for the couch, no sheets or bedding provided in room for the “sleeper” couch. Cons (-) There was a patch in the ceiling, which leaked. I was awoken at 2:00 am in a cold and wet bed, with the mattress and bedding soaked from a leak in the ceiling. I brought this to the attention to the night clerk, who had no additional rooms to give. He instead gave me a sheet and a blanket to use with the very uncomfortable sofa. I did not get the rest I needed. I want a refund.
