Pros (+) Accommodated early arrival (11:00am) from Airport after overnight flight. Friendly, cheerful, and very helpful staff. For us this is the primary thing that defines the hotel as a place we'll return to when in the area. Located close to M62. Excellent green space in hotel grounds.
Cons (-) Accommodations fairly dated but kept well maintained and clean. Quite a bit of ongoing renovation in the common areas while we were there. Staff were taking special care to ensure guest safety and minimize any inconvenience. One of the outer pair of doors on the main entrance had a faulty closing mechanism and people entering and leaving were not closing it manually. Made for a chilly experience g...
