Cons (-) The bathroom was a good size, however the sink was tiny. There is enough room to install a bigger sink with cabinet. The bathroom door couldn’t be open all the way because the floor is slanted and door stopped right in front of the toilet. Easy fix- cut/sand the door a little bit.
