Kayak had incorrect information about the shuttle. You need to take parking lot e shuttle and transfer to advantage shuttle. The advantage shuttle was filthy!!5.6 Fair

The staff was friendly and the price was good.Cons:
We waited 50 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Then when we returned the car, in 90 degree weather, the air conditioning wasn't working in the shuttle and we sweated to death going back to the airport.10.0 Wonderful

The car was dirty and smelled bad. We bought clorox wipes to clean some of the dried stains that we found; it helped with the smell. We also kept the windows open as much as possible to let the air circulate. After a couple days, the smell was contained.2.0 Poor

the rate was not honored and wanted to triple the cost. the agent claimed a "glitch" in the system had given me that rate and adding 12 hours to it 9 am vs 9 am voided my rateCons:
