Cons (-) I booked a king room for my wife and I to have a nice getaway. When we got to our room, we found two double beds. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They said the king rooms were "first come, first serve" and we were out of luck. They said they couldn't refund our money and didn't have any other rooms.
