Location, location, location. Is the best part of our stay. We got an upgrade (so we were told), without asking to a villa, and pushed to write a review right away. During our stay we were asked to do tgat numerous times. Now, I don't believe in resort reviews for sure. When we got to our villa.... omg. The only one small room with balcony( but, the view is amazing), room is too small for 4 people...

Pros (+) Absolutely amazing resort on an amazing island! The service was outstanding and the staff friendly. I never felt pushed to tip them but they all worked so hard that they absolutely deserve a tip. I highly recommend going to isla Mujeres if interested in the Cancun area. Mia Reef is the best option for an all inclusive resort!
Cons (-) Nothing. We already want to make a trip back!

Pros (+) We loved the island and the people. When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation thru kayak. They had to make some calls while we waited in the lobby after a long day of travel. I paid for the best room my sister in law paid for the cheapest room. Our rooms were exactly the same. (So if booking I would go cheap) our rooms were nice and clean. Pros (+) Loved the resort, the pool, the beach, ocean was amazing and clear. Food was good, people were friendly.
Cons (-) Front desk was rude, and front desk manager was horrible too. Understaffed so it took forever to get a drink from the bar. We would order 4 at a time to compensate. Room service was only omelets and burgers and only available after 11pm.
