This hotel is living the adage: “putting lipstick on a pig”. It is truly a dump with some “nice” renovation in the rooms, with modern (but low quality) furniture and wood looking laminate flooring, but the bathrooms are not renovated at all- and have a feel of a low brow motel- everything rickety, old, peeling and wobbly, and generally incongruent with the renovation of the room itself. Pros (+) Nothing stood out. Refurbished but charmless.
Cons (-) Location adjacent to busy road and commercial parking lot: Noise. Trash and cigarette butts by one entrance.

Cons (-) There must have been a water issue at the hotel as there was a fan blowing and the musky odor was bad at one end of the hall way. No odor in our room though.
