My family and I traveled to Ixtapa.The hotel staff is great.The tower is a little old.The hotel in under renovation.If you don't like humid smell... more on Travelocity

Though staff was ok We were extremely dissatisfied with the Quality of this hotel.The food was not edible in my opinion.Also my husband got sick... more on Travelocity

I feel I did not get my moneys worth, Food & Restaurant selection was not good at all - only good thing was the beach & pool... Very overpriced- Too... more on Travelocity
