Pros (+) Not much. The manager on duty responded promptly to our complaint, and he refunded our money in a timely manner.
Cons (-) We found bed bug residue and evidence on both beds. The manager came to our room, and since he was fully booked, refunded our money. We found another hotel, but at a substantially higher cost.

Pros (+) 4 Winds is a very clean, very basic motel. Good for a base point if you're traveling to Jackson. The owner is very accommodating and very nice.
Cons (-) Not for those who want a fancy place.
