Pros (+) Great location and breakfast. Nice entrance and lobby. Nice friendly clientele. Heimshe . Manager was extremely helpful.
Cons (-) Room air conditioning broke a few times.

Pros (+) kiddush and Shala seudas was a bit too expensive..Instead of 250 shekels it seems 175 shekels would be very reasonable..I probably would not do one of those next time I come...
