Pros (+) Bed was confortable. Facilities were clean and well maintained
Cons (-) If you need the shuttle to the Juárez airport, they do not have it available “upon request” like they mention on their page. The shuttle is only available after 12 pm. So make sure you call the property before making a non refundable reservation. Otherwise be prepared to make extra charge for travel arrangement. The person at the counter was not that friendly... didn’t make me feel welcomed, made ...

Pros (+) Only thing that was tolerable was the breakfast.
Cons (-) The gym is horrible. All most all the equipment is broken. And what was not broken , would shock me while using it. The most of the staff was rude.
