Cons (-) They charged you for EVERYTHING. Beach chairs cost $25 to sit on, self parking cost money, they charged you if you took your pool towel up to your room. It was absurd how overpriced everything was. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable

Pros (+) The location is amazing. The proximity to the ocean is incredible. The pool is great. The beaches are good. The activities are really fun.
Cons (-) The food is poor and expensive. We are at all dining options except the top end restaurant, Pa’alaki, and they were all lousy. The hotel feels old and needs a little TLC. Our room was a bit sad, old paint, old bed, old side chair.
