Pros:Bed was OK. Spacious room w/couch.
Cons:Internet did not work - was told I would have to contact 1 800 to troubleshoot. TV did not work; remote did not work... No food options other than vending machines - no diet drinks Not very welcoming front desk. Hot water was a trickle.

Pros:I liked that it had a counter top with a sink and microwave.
Cons:The lights didn't work when we arrived, lots of potholes all over the parking lot. Smelled like a bunch of people were smoking marijuana. And, the tv wouldn't work. Will not be staying here again, will pay a little extra to stay at a better hotel.

Cons:Not very nice staff members. We had to buy an extra room because they wouldn't allow more than more people in a room at a time even though the room had two queen beds and a sleeper cot next to the window. Charged my card an extra $57 (staff told me it was going to be a charge of $50) even though we had already booked and paid for the room. The lady said it would be immediately refunded but the money still has not been put back on my card. Her reasoning behind the extra charge was because "it's privately owned and that's how they run things". Never gave me an actual reason why. The police were also called by a woman staying in another room and the woman was screaming in the hallway that the hotel staff member charged her card an extra $800. So that scares me, hopefully my money will be refunded and no extra cash is stolen from me. Will not be staying here again.

Pros:This hotel is close to the airport and looks nice from the outside.
Cons:Inside the hotel is outdated with stained furniture and linens. The carpet in the room is so worn you don't want to walk on it with bare feet. Had I not had to prepay for the room I would have turned around and walked out. There is a smell of cigarette smoke and cooking throughout the hotel yet my room was non smoking. Unless you just want a cheap room close to airport I cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros:I didn't like anything about it they booked us for the wrong day ahs to pay for the room twice including one day I wasn't going to be there .
Cons:The staff was extremely rude I was hung up on mulitiple times I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone there was a condom used in the toilet in the room received so no tell if. What really was cleaned and what wasn't

Pros:After an unexpected trip to KCMO for a young cousin who died suddenly,we were tired. On the spur of the moment we were able to book on a site. Thankfully we got the last room & able to use the coupon.Enjoyed the night!
