2nd time I’ve stayed at The ISO. I was disappointed to take a shower, the water pressure was not great, experienced luke warm water every time. The towels were very worn/used, seams undone and unraveling. The pillows were uncomfortable/flat. I also found it weird that they only have 1 wine opener for the entire property. You have to bring your wine bottle to the concierge and have them open it for you. Cleanliness was better than first stay, however, it seems that they hired an amateur for their recent remodel. Floors unfinished, pencil markings on floor and walls with measurements. I like the location, the views and easy access to drug store and Marketplace for shopping/food. Initially we requested 2 beds for me and a friend, they gave us 1 one bed expecting us to share. We walked back down and asked for a room with 2 beds. concierge woman said “but there’s only 2 of you traveling”. We are two grown a$$ women and not in a relationship with each other, why would you question our request for two separate beds?! I don’t think their nightly rate is worth the value.

Pros:The hotel was a great central location on the island, the pool was nice and the ocean was right there, I fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. The staff was very friendly

Cons:I was honestly really disappointed with our stay at Castle Mokihana. It was old and really dirty. My "clean bed" had someone's else's long hair in it and I also found a bug in it which was disgusting. There was no working air conditioning so that made the week we stayed there way too long. The Wi-Fi was terrible and there's no tv. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it's not worth the money,

Pros:checkin after hours was easy. Beds (twin only) were comfortable. Towels good. Quiet, except for waves lapping on the seashore. Clean. Inexpensive.
Cons:Very worn and desperately needs updating. Ok for an overnighter; would not recommend for a longer stay!

Pros:great view, front desk was great, however, there was hair on the bed, blankets were stained, carpet was stained bathroom not to bad, I did not feel comfortable to sleep.

Pros:The hotel was on beach. That was the only redeeming quality.
Cons:There were too many things wrong to list them all. In short, this hotel has seen better days. If you are looking for a step above camping out this would be place for you.
