The first room I was placed in had bed bugs crawling on the bed sheets. The hotel staff didn't seem too concerned about this. I was moved to a second ... more on MYTravelGuide

Our room was clean and comfy. I really like the recliner in the room. Wireless worked fine. Front Desk did really good job for check in and check out. Overall good service.

The front desk people were very helpful and kind.The room was not clean.It was tidy, but needs a good thorough cleaning.There was mold on the base... more on Travelocity
