Hotel. Breakfast very good and consistant. Good location depending on your wants. Safe. I have been there 4-5 times and am going again. They have yfi and business center.

The Rus hotel is really nice and I can recommend it. The only downside is the location. I can really recommend a visit to Kiev so you can admire this ... more on Zoover
