Nothing at all. Unacceptable and unprofessional.Cons:
We received a confirmation with location to pick up the car. When we arrived the rep stated that they didnt have the reservation and the site we booked it through was not legitimate. My husband showed her the information amd she stated it was not a reservation. They ended up sending us to another enterprise and made us pay 140.00 more. We had no choice as we were traveling with children for a youth tournament and needed transportation. Unacceptable.9.6 Wonderful

There was no car available when I showed up. The one person working there did not help me find another Budget location with a car, so I had to go to Enterprise and pay double the amount due to the increased rates of same day rental reservations. I won’t use Kayak for car rentals again either.9.6 Wonderful

Staff were frustrated and rude. They could not add insurance even though I wanted it, asked me to call someone else to purchase. It took and hour and 15 minutes to get a car, and it was not cleaned nor was the gas to fill. I will not rent from this venue again.3.6 Poor

The car smelled of smoke strongly and of fragrances to cover the smoke odor which made the overall experience even worse. Otherwise, the rental experience was good, and the car functioned well.10.0 Wonderful

This location was top notch! They were very helpful, and upgraded our car size because that was the only car they had available at that location. The young man that checked the car out to me was superb very kind. We extended our rental 3 days and they gave us the same price. I will definitely rent from them again!
