Pros:Other reviewers say the location, staff, price, and atmosphere were very good. I would not really disagree. However, we paid too much for a double and had cold showers, so we feel other potential guests should hear what can happen here. My rating would be 6.
Cons:At 10:30PM my wife took a shower and the water was very cold. She called the staff and was told, " Oh, many people must be taking the shower now. Try later." This meant that cold showers were not unusual. I tried later and the shower was very cold. The next day, we saw people waiting to check into the hotel. We decided to take a shower early. We tried at 630PM and the water was very cold again. No other reviewer mentioned cold water; if we knew there were cold showers, we would never have gone to this hotel. The listing for our room also said "maximum 2 people", so we thought we were getting a double. I most probably did not read the listing carefully enough. Our room had a double and a single bed. We thought we were paying for a double, but we paid for a triple or a family room.
