Pros (+) I liked the fact kayak had such a good deal on the place. Probably because it was off season and that's the way things go.
Cons (-) The three inch spider that lived under the sink in a hole in the wall where the plumbing came through. It made two appearances and twice got away from being captured and relocated, due to a newer buddhist philosophy of no killing, otherwise my bronx mentally would have smashed it good.
