Pros (+) Comfortable room
Cons (-) The 3rd floor hallway (either from damage because of Harvey or something else) felt structurally iffy, you could feel the floor move. My room was the first one next to the stairs across the doorframes of the stairway and the room against the exterior wall had tape across it in front of a window unit.
