Drive past the car hire company depots and continue along this road until you come to a flyover. Drive across the flyover and take the 2nd slip road signposted Portimao. You will now be on a dual carriageway, called the EN125, heading west toward Portimao. After about 4km, you will see blue signs for the motorway and you need to be on the left lane so you can join the motorway in the direction of Lisbon, Albufeira & Portimao. Approximately after 2km, you will need to take a new slip road, which is the 2nd on the right sign posted Lisboa, Loule, Portimao. You are now on the A22 motorway continually heading west in direction of Portimao. Stay on the motorway for about 45 minutes (70km) until you reach junction 1. Junction 2 exit just before is signposted Lagos Este and Odiaxere. Please do not get off at this exit or you will have to drive through the town of Lagos. Come off at junction 1, follow the road and go straight over the first roundabout. At the second roundabout, at the end, turn left and this will take you into the direction of Lagos town. 'Total' petrol station is then on your left hand side and approximately 300m ahead is another roundabout which you turn right at. Follow this road and go straight over 4 more roundabouts which will bring you directly to the entrance of Cascade Resort which is visible from the palm tree-lined road and Cascade Resort banners and flags. From Lisbon Airport: the airport access road brings you to the A2 direction to Algarve. Follow that road and take the 'Vasco da Gama' bridge. Continue on the motorway to Algarve. You keep going on A2, now main road until the end. After that, you must continue driving in the motorway A22 following the direction Portimao-Lagos until you reach junction 1. Junction 2 exit just before is signposted Lagos Este and Odiaxere.
