Pros:The staff was excellent (friendly and accommodating. Having a full kitchen was appreciated.
Cons:No hot tub, and although they kept saying the pool was heated, it wasn’t warm enough to head out on 60 degree days. They have a breakfast buffet, but only 3 waffle makers operating (they have another 3 on the other side of the room that they kept closed off). They need more for this big hotel due to its proximity to Disney. For meat at breakfast, they only offered turkey products - sausage and ham. They had trouble keeping up with the demand for coffee. They never vacuumed our room during our extended stay. The sleeper sofa, although new, was poor. Parking fee.

Pros:The hotel is beautiful the employees are great. Great location breakfast included is nice and the food was good everyone very nice.
Cons:The only complaint I have is this hotels needs to hire more housekeeping employees. Granted like all companies they want to run a business with as little as possible so that all the big shots can stuff their pockets. I arrived at 2:30 and was told the rooms were not ready because they were sold out the previous night before and they were trying to get the rooms cleaned which was understandable check in was not till 4:00PM. The young lady asked if I could come back in 30 minutes and I said sure, about 45 minutes later went back and no rooms they took my phone number and said they would call when the room was ready. I took my family to the parks because if not they were going to loose the whole day and not make it to the park and tickets were already purchased. Went back to the hotel with our dog and waited received the call from the hotel around 5:45 that the room was ready went to the front desk completed the check in by this time my head was pounding from a headache. Went up stairs to find the room I received had not been cleaned. A supervisor was walking the hall showed him the picture I took of the room and made a phone call to the front desk I went down stairs they apologized and asked what they could to make things right I just asked for a ready room. While waiting another customer came in around 6PM that had made reservations I believe for a two bedroom suite there room was not ready either really two hours after check in time. About 10 minutes later got the room it was great didn’t go to the park to meet with my family my headache was to big to go anywhere so wasted a ticket. Next day check out and when I received the email for the charges see a $10.00 parking fee it is absurd to me that I have to pay for parking where I am already paying to stay in the hotel. During check in I was never told I would be charged for parking. The hotel was great don’t get me wrong but they need to hire more housekeeping employees.
