We enjoyed every minute of our trip can't say anything bad about this whole experience.
Nothing to report bad
We had 2 separate nights at this hotel. We did not particularly like our room on the first night (when passing through from Banff to Jasper): looked like it needed a redecoration. But the room on the second night (when passing through from Jasper to Revelstoke) was excellent: smart, bright, clean, comfortable and looked like it had been redecorated!
Central location with many facilities
Walkways had old carpet and general noise was high
The welcome of one of the staff by the name of Emelie
proximity to Lake Louise
The view was spectacular. The meal at the pizza pasta restuarant was excellent with very helpful staff. Not too far from the lake but you need a car if you don't like walking up hills (4k's) to get to the lake.
They had trouble finding my reservation, even though it was booked days before hand, and was treated not too well until they found my reservation.
