Pros (+) Really loved the waterfront room. The view of the lake amazing. Loved the music on the patio at night. The suite was very comfortable and not full of the smelly artificial fragrances a lot of hotels use for cleaning and air freshener.
Cons (-) The staff almost got it right. They could be so good. I liked the girl at breakfast remembered me and specifics of what I liked such as water, no ice. She took my orders, brought it and disappeared. Same thing happened at lunch time. The wait staff were not available when we needed them.
