Asked to stay on one side of hotel but went through booking agency so check in person said no you have to stay on this side. Breakfast was $15 sad looking buffet. Check out person didn’t ask how stay was upon checking out. Probably won’t be staying there anymore . Room was clean but other options for lodging near by.

Pros (+) Detailed invoice under my door. Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek can't even give you a detailed involve on checkout and promise to email it to you and never do... Congrats Crowne Plaza Lake Oswego for winning me back as a IHG fan and for giving me an extended checkout.
