Located at the corner of Depew Street and Colfax Ave. Location has three buildings with the northern most having one bedroom apartments type rooms with a full kitchen with stove and large fridge. The east building has the traditional motel type rooms with small fridge and microwave. The west building has kitchette type rooms with small or larger fridge and microwave (two rooms have cooking stove).
