The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a minivan because we were moving my daughters belongings cross county. When we arrived we were told that the van had a safety issue and couldn’t be driven. They were able to accommodate us with a SUVCons:
The rental was in a KIA dealership. Apparently there had been a recall and everyone needed rental cars. It took over an hour to be checked out. The staff was overwhelmed but did a good job10.0 Wonderful

Arrived at Hertz Palmdale as per directions at 12:30pm . I was initially served by Ms. Daisha Bates at approximately 1:45pm . Auto was delivered with front License Plate bent possible damage from Car Wash ? Interior smelled of tobacco and a cigarette butt was found on the floor. Left at 2:45pm .Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The only I thing I liked was the vehicle. It was a big vehicle and it was comfortable for the journey we took.Cons:
We made a reservation for the vehicle and when the day got here to pick it up, it wasn't even ready. It only had a quarter of gas. Really dirty from the inside and outside. The guy told me that he was going to wash it and vacuum it. They took it to get washed and vacuumed but they did such a horrible job. Those people got a wash cloth and a bottle of spray and that was washing the car for them. Just horrible.Avis

The security deposit. Was told the amount went up to $250. That was perfectly fine. But not when you’re charged $250 on top of the rental price when you already prepaid the car.2.0 Poor

I did the reservation online, I drove to this location and they refused to rent me a car because the drop off was in a different location, I'm renting cars every month in Enterprise, never had any problems but this company is a total joke !!Budget

You shouldn’t need to have a debt score in order to drive a rental. We don’t have credit cards and pay everything cash. Worst policy. We will never rent from this company, nor refer anyone to them.6.8 Okay

It took over an hour to get help when there were two agents and 3 customers. They did not have the car size reserved, so I either had to pay for a more expensive car or wait hours until someone returned a car my size. So I accepted the higher rate for a larger car, yet the car took over another hour to be ready.7.2 Good

Our car was not there when we arrived at 9 a.m. . It appears that had been a mix-up and all the cars are rented out the night before. The woman that was working behind the desk was very helpful at getting a car there as soon as possible. There was no one there to clean the car, so she went out and clean the car herself.Thrifty

No cars, the car that was rented to me was dirty smelled like wet dog and cigarettes and dog hair everywhere. Car wash not washed from interior also manager talks like a thug no language skills at all. I don't him you have another car he said s*** that's all we have. I will never ever rent from this location again. I rented at 5:30 pm and took it back at opening didn't even drive it 5 miles and still was charged also needed brakes.
