Pros (+) They provided us an early check-out when requested. The staff was very pleasant, amenable and overall a great experience!
Cons (-) When housekeeping shows up (if you don't remember to put a "do no disturb" sign on). By default they should come whenever it's time to check-out, not at 9:30AM.

Pros (+) Room size is great for the suites. Pool is big and nice.
Cons (-) Used to be my go to hotel for staycations but staff really declined. Not sure if due to COVID but staff turnover really turned for the worse with this hotel. Rude and honors membership not recognized.

Pros (+) The people & facilities were excellent, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and need a place to stay. Beautiful amenities, great pool & hot tub, & awesome kids pool. Room service was also on point with fantastic food! 2 thumbs way up!!!!!
