Cons:I did not make the trip due to a family emergency. I was charged full amount even though I never checked in and then was asked how my stay was.

Pros:Beach is nice and maintained. Buffet was surprisingly better than I remember.
Cons:Check-in is a circus. They have manned self check-in machines they make you get in line for. Of the five people in line, the machines worked for zero. Then they make you get in another line only to wait even more while they help 4 diamond/platinum guests per 1 in the regular line. The registration clerk could not find my reservation. Both the manager and he advised I call priceline to see what happened. When I asked for a phone to use to call priceline because of the lack of cell phone signal, their solution was to go walk outside. Horrible customer service. 2.5 hours later, I was able to get priceline to fax them my confirmation number... the very same one I had shown the at the beginning.

Cons:Beds were hard, back pain sucked for the drive home. Coffee pot in room would have been nice. A room not by the diesel generator that they started and woke me up 8:00am.

Cons:Express Check-In Kiosk, little confusing and turns out it will get you to opt-out on house cleaning. Means the maid won't clean your room.

Pros:did not stay due to extremely high cost for very small dog.
Cons:Very high cost for pet friendly room. Was informed at check in that they require a min of $75 per day, non refundable. The room rate was $30 plus additional $75 was unacceptable, so we cancelled the reservation and will never stay at their property.

Cons:We arrived before the 4 pm ckeck in and inquired about checking in early. Was told no early check ins allowed. In fact the rooms were not ready until after 4:30. The pool on Saturday was closed for a private party. The rooms were comfortable but out dated. Would not stay at facility again.

Pros:Location was right along the Colorado River, you can reach the beach through the hotel which was convenient. Food options were ok, Smashburger was good, buffet at this Harrah's was better than the Harrah's on the Vegas strip. Comfortable bed.
Cons:For a hotel that is part of Caesar's Group it was sub-par. Checking in was a pain (I have service dogs due to a disability) and the staff was extremely pushy, essentially asking me what my disability was in roundabout terms in order to "verify" that I needed the dogs. I had brought a note from my doctor (which is not required by law at all but often helps the process) and they still gave me grief. Overall check-in took about 20 minutes because they were harassing me about my condition and arguing with me when I did not want to tell them what my illness was... Fantastic experience... I was ready to call it a day and leave but we had not booked anywhere else and after a long drive I just wanted to get to a quiet room. Weird smells throughout the hotel. The entire place was dirty and unkempt, old facilities, broken or non-functioning amenities. The shower did not work as water kept flowing from the bath spout even when the knob was pulled all the way up. Then the shower/tub took forever to drain, which was not pleasant. Aircon only came out of one vent near the window, meaning it did not circulate throughout the room so it got stuffy. We called down twice for extra towels and pillows, when staff finally arrived they had forgotten the pillows. The pool and beach areas were crowded and dirty, garbage everywhere, along the shore and in coves where it gets trapped by the jetski waves. Obnoxious jetskiers everywhere, which is not uncommon for the area but it is way too CROWDED with these rentals. If you are looking for peace and quiet go down after 6pm. However the pool area was crowded with people until closing, we could see it from our room and the water was very dirty and murky, definitely a no for swimming. Also be prepared for VERY slow elevators that do not have A/C running through them. The hallways of the hotel had a similar A/C issue, they were very hot. We got a late check-out of 11:30am (yeah, an extra 30 minutes) and we had left our room to load up the vehicle, leaving some items back in the room, and when we returned at 11:10am, our key cards had been deactivated. So I had to let the front desk know, who told me they had to contact security, and we waited by our hotel room for about 20 minutes. Annoying. I would not recommend staying here for any length of time, you are not missing anything. Next time, I will opt for traditional camping, less hassle.
