Cons (-) There is no valet parking, very few handicapped parking spaces & the parking garage was a very long walk, which made it difficult for handicapped customers. There are six elevators with only two or three working at any one time. One of our waits was for twenty minutes.

Pros (+) I liked the location, it was clean, and the restaurants were good
Cons (-) It needs updated really badly and the hallways smell horrible but luckily the rooms were clean and quiet. Just old.

Pros (+) Everything you could want in one friendly, clean, affordable resort!
Cons (-) Ads said 55" flat screen tv, we had a very small, old analog tv. Because it was an older analog there were only about 8-10 channels.

Pros (+) The store, and slots
Cons (-) All the furniture and carpeting is the same as it was when it used to be called the river palms. The mattresses were crooked and sunken and the rug smelled and had burnt stains still. I got an allergic reaction from the old rug. Then after my hotels.com review my access to internet was cut off. Weird.

Pros (+) Nothing, cold rooms the heater did not work no extra blankets and no electric scooters available for handicap. Never will stay again, Very outdated and for non smoking rooms burn holes all over the rugs.

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and everything was very clean.th
Cons (-) The buffet was terrible. Especially for the price. I got better food at Denny's. Also think about upgrading the TV's in the room, but first please start on the buffet.
