Parking lot is a bit small so had to park a long way from check-in. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the front desk person to get back. Luggage dolley was falling apart but got us into the room. Room smelled musty and had the AC turned up to Artic circle. Bed sheets were damp and bed not comfortable. Carpet was stained and slightly sticky. Cons (-) It wasn't very clean, the ceiling was peeling, and there was black mold and mildew in the bathroom. Also, not very soundproof, the walls were so thin I could hear the person next door snoring.
