Pros (+) Staff are courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Bathrooms were dirty. The ceiling fan was clogged with lint and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. It was gross. And on top of that the hot water heater had gone out and my teenager and I had to take a cold shower. Now that sucks!!!

Pros (+) This hotel was very clean. They just replaced a bunch of furniture in the rooms. Swimming pool and area were very clean and always had towels. The staff was incredibly nice.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was at breakfast there was a man (not staff) hitting flies with a swatter. That was very gross.

Pros (+) Location was good. Not in downtown but close enough (within 5 minutes).
Cons (-) The room smelled of smoke and it was a bit more rundown than we remembered this hotel from the last stay.

Cons (-) I asked to extend my checkout until 1 PM instead of 11 AM. They would not do it...they would only extend until noon. I was doing a bike race and wanted to shower after it was finished at noon. To bad.
