Close to the subway Comfortable beds Adequate breakfast
Very loud, sounded as if the windows were open No room darkening shades, therefore once after the dawn, it was very bright in the room Staff were less than friendly
We like the cleaness and comfort of hotel, nice look, we liked the location, the comfort of hotel rooms, clean bathroom. The room was really nice and comfortable - good value for money.
For 7 days we ate bananas for breakfast, donats and the same 3 spreads. It doesn't take much to put nectarines or aples instead of bananas or at least change a spread. Also the breakfast room was to small, sometimes there was no room for everybody so we had to eat standing. They should put more tables. The receptionsits were helpful in general but some of them were a bit uninterrested and indifferent.
the staff, all but one woman on the desk were extremley rude
close to public transportation
no snack vending machines
location, staff especially Lisa at front desk she was very helpful
Nothing.....the staff was rude and while i understand the diverse culture in nyc, the hardly understood what I was saying or asking about
Staff was rude, my room was never cleaned and I never received clean towels. There is no information in the room about the hotel or surrounding area. Also absolutely no parking....once again I realize that it is nyc but there was not sufficient parking for the size hotel.
