Boreas Inn caters to adults seeking a relaxing getaway although older children or teenagers are occasional welcome visitors. There is a 125-year old vacation rental cottage next door to Boreas Inn, managed by the Inn, that caters to families with pets and children, the Yett Beach House. Breakfast and use of the hot tub are not included for the vacation rental guests.
